Positive Outlook

Having a positive outlook on life is one of the best things you can do for your overall health.  Emotional Stress is a major cause of physical illness.  How does a thought affect us physically?  Have you ever heard of someone getting an ulcer or a headache when under "stress"?  Our brain and nervous system responds physically to whatever we perceive as stressfull.  Reducing stress can be a challenge but, well worth it.  It is a choice that we can all make.
