Exercise

An essential ingredient to everyone's overall wellness program is the inclusion of exercise.

When designing an exercise program for our practice members, we evaluate your individual needs and fitness goals, as well as your initial activity level and interests.

Dr. Davis will recommend a specific program that will meet your needs and help you to reach your goals, be it improved overall health or relief from a specific condition.  We have developed relationships with local gyms and personal trainers who can provide advice and support as you advance.   These physical health professionals can continue to guide your progress as you improve your quality of life.
