Stress Quiz

How do you cope with stress in your life?  There are numerous ways, and some are more effective than others. In fact, some may actually be as harmful as the stress they are attempting to remove.

This scale was created based on results compiled by clinicians and researchers who wanted to learn how individuals cope with stress.

The purpose of this quiz is to inform you of ways to cope with stress effectively.  It is an educational tool, not a clinical instrument.
